One delivered AI reply is one answer generated by the assistant and shown to a website visitor. Greetings, menu prompts, enquiry-capture questions, and anything a human team member writes are not counted. Failed or undelivered responses are not counted either.
AI answers pause until your next billing period or until you upgrade. Enquiry capture and human chat continue to work, and your team keeps full access to the inbox. We never bill overage automatically.
No. The 7-day trial requires PayPal approval of a subscription so service can continue without interruption, but $0 is charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged.
Subscriptions are billed in US dollars through PayPal, which accepts PayPal balances and major cards in most countries. Local taxes may apply depending on your location.
Yes. Cancel from Billing in your dashboard and the PayPal subscription stops at the end of the current period. You keep access until then. See the refund and cancellation policy.
