We keep this short because there is not much to say: ReplyAIDesk uses one strictly necessary session cookie for people who log in, and the embedded widget uses browser localStorage instead of cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies on this site.

Because this cookie is essential to provide a service you asked for (logging in, submitting a form), consent is not required for it under most cookie laws. Blocking it in your browser will prevent you from logging in.
3. The embedded widget (on customers’ websites)
When a business embeds the ReplyAIDesk assistant on its website, the widget does not set cookies. It stores a single random visitor token in the browser’s localStorage so that your conversation can continue if you move between pages or come back later. The token is not shared with other websites, contains no personal information itself, and can be removed by clearing site data in your browser.
The widget also records a consent timestamp when you accept the notice shown before starting a conversation. The business that operates the website decides how that notice is worded and whether additional consent is required by the laws that apply to them.
4. Third-party cookies
This website does not load third-party analytics, advertising, or social media scripts. If you pay through PayPal, PayPal’s own site may set cookies during checkout under PayPal’s policies. [Update this section if analytics or other third-party services are added]
5. How to control cookies and local storage
